Show/Hide component option for responsive grid layout in AEM 6.3 sp2

There are two components component A and component B. I am trying to hide component A in medium breakpoint but allow the component in large breakpoint. It works fine. I am trying to hide component B in large breakpoint but allow in medium breakpoint. It is not working this way. If we hide it in large breakpoint it hides everywhere. PLease let me know is this the behaviour or a config that i have to enable.

Hi, we are having the same issue, trying to hide some component in desktop view only, but when we hide it in desktop layout, it's hidden in all breakpoints.

Any instructions on how to hide it in desktop breakpoint only?

You need to show those components in small screen

1. Click on Parents button

2. Click on Restore All or show if hidden in the small screen.

How are components A & B related to each other?  Are they siblings or parent-child?  Do you observe this in author or publish?

Did you write "code/media queries" to show component B in "medium" breakpoint?

Please share the screenshots/video/gif and media queries code for same.

Are you using layout mode ?
