Hello there,

I am trying to set up "certificates for Reader extensions" on my AEM 6.2 instance. As part of the task, I followed the steps (from Step-1 up to Step-4 that is up to set a new password for the KeyStore.);however, on "Edit User Settings ", I did not find the "Manage KeyStore " button so that " KeyStore Management dialog " is not coming. As a result of this, I did not complete the remaining steps. May I have your assistance please ?

Are you using the Admin user to perform the steps mentioned in the document?

When you open the Admin user from the security console are you not getting the "Manage Keystore" option as in the below screen shot:

Yes, I can not see the  "KeyStore Management dialog" on my AEM 6.3 Instance (in User setting). I got the page (similar with your uploaded Screenshot ) so that I could create Keystore password. But after that I wanted to upload the pfx file; however, I did not get the next " Keystore Management dialogue".

I actually used Admin user and also service user accounts.

Thanks and appreciated
