Hi,
I'm going to move this to the platform topic "Adobe Experience Manager".
In the meantime, the next questions you'll be asked are what service packs and/or hotfixes have you installed?
See Adobe Experience Manager Help and AEM 6.1 hotfixes

Hi
1. Sounds like many referenced file deleted from blob store. You need to restore missing blob from backup Or create an empty file Or identify the file & take from other environment.
For now let us identify missing node & then will decide about next steps. Please follow below steps.
*) Login at http://localhost:4502/crx/explorer/
*) Go to http://localhost:4502/crx/explorer/config/check.jsp
Check "Log each node" & "Data store consistency check"
Have / for " Check nodes below: "
*) Click Run.
*) Send me the complete output from screen after it is complete.

2. The consistency check will probably pass if you run with --bin 0, which will skip the binaries. It won't change the fact that there is a corruption in the store though.
If the segment store contains any .bak files, you could check if the missing segment is in any of those (tar -tf dataXXX.tar.bak | grep f363868c-fef4-4bd3-a44e-27398ecb8102). If found, try to restore the
respective .* bak file and re-run consistency check. Please BACKUP your instance before doing any of this!
Else i would say, reach out to daycare support for this.
