Hi,
I was looking out to retain the workflow inbox item after an SLA timeout.
Is there any in-built way to retain it? Or do we need to customize a time handler?
Any reference is much appreciated.

I did not see any mention of this in the docs. THis looks like you would need to use custom logic.
