I am getting error like this when I try to open AEM start page in localhost 4502 using aem cloud sdk.

This is a common issue when you have restricted access to C drive. If you try to go to the OSGi console (localhost:4502/system/console/bundles) it will show you all the bundles are up and in active state as well but still it won't let you access the homepage.
QuickFix 1: Ask your organization to provide you admin access (nothing to do with aem)
QuickFix 2: Delete the instance. Rerun the aem jar file. But once you close the instance you'll again get the same issue. So don't close it
Recommend Solution: Get admin access from your organization so you can execute jar files properly without any restrictions corrupting the instance
