It seems that replication properties are lost when you move the page. In order to have you save these properties you might have to write custom wcmcommand.

First you need to save these properties and apply them when you move the page.

Hi,

I have created a component, Which includes the status of all the pages.

If the page is activated, then i took the replcationProperty and show the status as Activated.

like wise new page and deactivated status as well.

The above all is working  fine.

Now

if i move a deactivated page to new location, then  replication property is wiped out so a previously de-activated page will have no status and appear as "New Page".

i want to be the page same as in deactivated status.

Can u help me

regards,

MIke

To fix replication property loss when moving a deactivated page in AEM:

  1. Re-trigger replication after moving the page to ensure the properties are replicated correctly.
  2. Check replication agents for proper configuration and functioning.
  3. Use a workflow to handle page activation/deactivation and replication.
  4. Implement a ReplicationEventListener to automatically handle replication on page move.
  5. Manually trigger replication from the Replication Console if necessary.

These steps will help ensure the page's replication properties are preserved after it's moved.
