Remove Replication Tab on CRXDE

So we have a business requirement to allow developers to have access to CRXDE, but force them to submit changes through workflow.  Currently we have developers who skirt this process by going to the replication tab and replicating things.

Is there a way we can with an ACL remove the replication tab in CRXDE?

Hi Jeremy,

when you say you don't want developers replicating content, are you talking about developers accessing the production author instance and replicating content? What content are they replicating?
