Question on assetshare OOTB component

Hi,

I am trying to use the assetshare component, and am facing a mapping issue.

When I browse the press center page via publisher IP address, I am able to see the assets. (eg. http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:4503/content/geometrixx/en/company/press.html) However, when I try to view the assets via hostname (eg. http://mynicehostname.ext/content/geometrixx/en/company/press.html) then the page loads, but the assets are not displayed.

I suspect that this is due to a etc/mapping issue, and tried several changes without any luck. Any advise will be much appreciated.

I was able to get the Assets working by adding the bin mapping into etc/map.

However, the Options component isn't working. (It wasn't working earlier either).

Any ideas?

make sure at dispatcher /bin/querybuilder is allowed
