PowerPoint files are not generating thumbnail images
PowerPoint files are not generating thumbnail images under /jcr:content/rendtions after being processed through the "batch thumbnails" workflow. The workflow is working fine for PDF files. (please see attachment) In the log, I see this error: college-savings-concepts-advisor-seminar-jhi.pptx is not in list of accepted mime types Also we're running on AEM 6.5.10.

This is because AEM provides OOTB functionality for certain MIME types, in which thumbnail will get generated automatically. For the rest of the MIME types we would need to write custom logic to generate thumbnails for the assets.
