Permissions, Groups and Members

I've added a security package that updates the permissions for a given folder structure.

Is there any reason that it would remove the members from a group?

Any help is appreciated.

Hey Dean - that sounds like a bug. When you install a package, members should not be removed from an existing group. Let me ask support if this is a known issue. You can also file a day care ticket if you wish.
