Delivering a digital experience quickly can be a challenge. To help decrease the time between project initiation and value realization, Adobe has put together a Digital Foundation Blueprint for our partners. The blueprint is a Partner toolkit that includes a suite of standardized documentation processes, automation tooling and open source projects designed to streamline and simplify Adobe Experience Manager implementations. The blueprint can help partners reduce the risk in their projects and future-proof implementations through alignment to Adobe’s best practices for a digital foundation.
This session will focus on:
- Shifting the implementation approach to “Core Components first”
- Shifting Resource needs towards front end & business users
- Producing foundational value within Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics and Target

Yuji Nakagawa, (ACS) Voice of the Customer Advocate, Adobe
Yuji is an AEM expert within Adobe's Customer Solutions (ACS) Voice of the Customer team. He's responsible for gathering customer insight and working closely with ACS global Leaders as well as Adobe's Experience Cloud Senior leadership to create solutions to remove Customer barriers to success. Yuji has over 15 years’ experience in web development working with large enterprise customers.
