Hi Team,

I am creating a workflow model to publish pages based on approval of certian groups.
So, used participant step to provide the user group.

But I want two user group in the particiant step what will be the best practise?

  • Add both user group into another user group [usergroup1 + usergroup2 = newusergroup] and use the newusergroup to paricipant step?
  • Or, Create a custom participant step?

Any suggestion with some sample links or workaround will be highly appreciable.

Thanks

Hi @tushaar_srivastava
Consider establishing a user group that aligns with the intended purpose, and subsequently, include other user groups or individual users within this newly created group. This will facilitate efficient management and collaboration among members with shared objectives.

Thank you @arunpatidar , so means

  • Add both user group into another user group [usergroup1 + usergroup2 = newusergroup] and use the newusergroup to paricipant step

will be the most efficient way
