Original rendition through Scene7

Hello,

I've created image preset with width and height set to empty - I would like to have in that way one rendition which keeps the original image size. However after processing the image with s7delivery agent, it looks very small. Is it possible to have one preset available as original image size?

The easiest way to retrieve an image at the full size of the original source material is to use the 'scl=1' command.  For example:

http://sample.scene7.com/is/image/TechSupport/1000?scl=1

Parameters like this can be put into the modifiers of an Image Preset.  If that doesn't work, I would recommend opening a support ticket and provide them with the example URL you are testing.
