Hi Team,

I'm using AEM 6.4 ASSETS - Dynamic Media scene 7

I have uploaded less than 2gb mp4 vedio files , they got uploaded and processed without any issue.

But when I upload a video file morethan 2gb the asset is in processing state for a very long time and then got the error "Process Failed" .

As per the log the issue is coming during the workflow steps in Dynamic Media Encode video workflow.

Can you please let me know if any configuration change is required?

Thanks in advance

check if this helps - Managing Video Assets

If you're able to upload then just increase the timeout value of workflow to 5 hours otherwise increase the upload limit as well
