Not able to save my dialog for Carousel, Tabs Component

Hi,

I am not able to save my dialog for the components which is using panel container as resource super type.

Am I missing any client library. If I am adding components to it then UI is also broken.
Attaching the screenshot below.

Please provide your thoughts.

What exactly is happening? Not seeing the values in the JCR after hitting save? Do you see error in browser console or you see a POST happening in networks tab?

Hi,
After click on Right icon, The dialog is still open and there is no error on console and also it is not making any post request on click of right icon. But in another instance it is working fine and when I compared the html of Both the dialog fields then There is a difference I am attaching here screenshot.

If I am comparing the html of both the dialog fields then there is a difference. And I don't know why the html is different.

Hi @shivamkumarchauhan , could you help us with your dialog xml? 

breakage of UI could of be due to many reasons,
1. CSS/JS issue

2. Syntax errors on your HTL/html

3. use API error

please share your html to help you more.
