Not able to install InDesign software

I am not able to sign-in and also not able to uninstall it

Is there any solution for this?

InDesign is a Creative Cloud App, You can uninstall this with help of the Creative Cloud Desktop App - https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

Once the uninstallation is finished you can go for a fresh installation of InDesign with the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
