Not able to edit the text in Rich Text Component

currently I am using CQ ver 5.4 and using rich text component in our site. I am not able to see the contents when I tried to edit the rich text component in IE9. Works well with chrome and ie8. What could be the issue? I added the contents using rich text in chrome but when i tried to edit the same in IE9 it is giving issues. I am not seeing any text in it

Hi,

IE9 is supported on 5.4 only with featurepack 35198  installed (See https://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/5-4/deploying/technical_requirements.html#Microsoft Windows 7) .

Do you already have it ?

Please open a Daycare CQ Support portal ticket to request it, or if the issue persists after its installation.
