Hi everyone,
I’m trying to access the New Relic performance dashboards for my AEM as a Cloud Service environment. According to the documentation, access should be available through Cloud Manager -> Monitoring.
However, I don’t see any New Relic option or link in my Cloud Manager UI.
Is there anything specific that needs to be enabled, or am I missing certain permissions or roles?
Has anyone faced this before or knows why New Relic might not be visible?
Thanks!

Hi @NamitaDu,
If you can’t see New Relic in Cloud Manager, it’s usually due to missing Cloud Manager roles or because your program doesn’t have New Relic access enabled yet.
Only users with the correct Cloud Manager permissions (like Deployment Manager, Program Manager, or Business Owner) can view New Relic dashboards. If you don’t have one of these roles, you won’t see the Monitoring section.
You can review the full requirements and how New Relic access works here:

Ask your org admin to check your roles in the Admin Console and Cloud Manager.
