Need Help with Adobe ID

Hi I have created web account in last three weeks back and Adobe ID is not generated.I Need help to create Adobe ID.Please someone please help contact or how to reach out!!

in this case, send email to AceProgram@pearson.com and spphelp@adobe.com.

Mention all the detail and issues which you are facing from start to end.

No , I am talking about Pearson web account

For Pearson web account, you will have to signup in "http://www.pearsonvue.com/adobe/".

on right hand side, you can see the option for create account.

this is for certification purpose.

Additionally, for registration you can make use of gmail or corporate account both.

when you sign in, only enter your username . not mail id.

I have created account and took test and passed the exam.My adobe certification ID is not generated. Web account working fine.

Did you login to the following portal?

https://i7lp.integral7.com/durango/do/login?ownername=adobe

If you completed your test, you can find your certification info here. Even Adobe certification ID.

Hi Vjetty,

I tried with my credentials but it is not taking those credentials and unable to login. I suppose need Adobe ID to enter into the URL which you  provided!

Okay Akash...

To summarize, the process of certification is like this.

1. First you create an account with https://www2.pearsonvue.com/testtaker/profile/create/SignUp/ADOBE

2. After you create you will get confirmation e-mail immediately or it may take up to couple of days some times. 

3. Once you register for your test, you will receive an e-mail from aceprogram@pearson.com with Candidate ID and Account Authorization code along with URL to activate your account. 

4. After completion of your test your certificate and logos will be available in the portal https://i7lp.integral7.com/durango/do/login?ownername=adobe

If you are getting wrong username and password, please try clicking forgot username/pwd and follow the steps.

Hi,

You can try by clicking "Forgot your Username or Password as mentioned in the page.

I just now tried by clicking the link, it will takes you to Account Recovery and it asks your Last name and Email Address which you have registered before and once click submit, you will receive an email which contains Account recovery link and Authentication code. By this way you can get your Adobe ID.

After you login using Adobe ID, you will see the Adobe Certified Portal page of yours, which contains all information about your exam.

System is not able to find my credentials at ACE website when I go for the recovery option..
