Need Apache Dispatcher Module

We are doing apache dispatcher setup. 

Trying to hit the cloud site to download the module but its down. https://www.adobeaemcloud.com/content/companies/public/adobe/dispatcher/dispatcher.html

Please suggest an alternate approach to get the dispatcher module.
