Hi Scott,
Thanks for responding. Actually i have worked on AEM 6.0 with classic UI but now as per the enhancements i want to learn and start working on upper versions with touch UI so want some guidance to how can i use my 6.0 Classic UI knowledge and learn other versions so looking if there is any knowledge to which i can refer.

You can also take private training for AEM 6.1 or 6.2.
basic - Develop Websites and Components in Adobe Experience Manager
advanced - Extend and Customize Adobe Experience Manager
All AEM public training courses are currently offered only on 6.3. If you take a public course, you can request an earlier version of the workbook during the training and the trainer will probably be able to help you out.
