Multifield - One item to render on adding it

The requirement is to have one item in a multifield component as default when we add the component on the page. How can I achieve this? 

For example, if SKU list is a multifield, the below should be the way it needs to be added with one item already available.

You may want to explore the cq:template. This node can be used if you want to provide the default values of properties of a component
