How to make a particular user only have access to scaffold view of pages in adobe cq 5.6.1

Scaffolding works with AEM target content. You can extend ACL privileges to a specific user so they can work with a given set of pages (target content used by scaffolding). See this topic for more information: User Administration and Security.

I did not get the answer in the above link. It provides details about ACL. Can you please specify the URL for all the views(editing, preview, design, scaffolding, etc) in CQ. So that I will apply ACL for those views.

Also is there any way, By default user can view scaffold view.
