Is there any OOTB reporting with the users that logged into AEM and the time they logged in?

Hi 

I am not sure, but i guess there is no OOTB for this.

You can definitely achieve this from access.log.

     access.log

• All access requests to AEM WCM and the repository are registered here.

Example:- 

Login time log like this:

admin 20/May/2016:12:18:39 +0530 "GET /index.html HTTP/1.1" 302 - "http://localhost:4502/libs/granite/core/content/login.html?resource=%2F&$$login$$=%24%24login%24%24&..." "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36"

Logout log:

Parse the logs to do the needful.
