Internal implementation details of editor.html

Hi,

I was looking at how the url resolution happens when a page is opened in Classic and Touch UI. To be more specific, where can i find the implementation such that if the page url contains /editor.html, touch ui layout is presented and in case of /cf#/, classic ui is presented to the author.

Any information is highly appreciated.
