How does one setup consistency checks on startup in AEM6?  https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kb/HowToCheckLuceneIndex.html

I can't seem to find /crx-quickstart/repository/workspaces/crx.default/workspace.xml in my crx-quickstart directory.
