Images Are Not Uploaded In Experience Manager Assets

Hello community!

The manager of my project tried to upload images to a folder using GUI (the button "Create" at the top right). The pictures are being stuck in the status "processing". I inspected these images and their naming, and they are no different from what we successfully upload. We also get no memory related notifications.

What is the possible reason why these pictures have not been uploaded?

1. Please check the logs for any hints.

2. See if your manager has all necessary permissions

3. If you use Dynamic Media, check the configuration and connection

4. Try to refresh, maybe only the label "processing" does not get refreshed (but I doubt it)

 

These are just few straight forward thing to look into as quick actions. Later you can think of more deep hidden issue, if all above check well.

Can you please check the error logs and see what is failing when you try to upload the image.

also what is the extension that you are using?

Also please confirm if you are integrating the dynamic media as well or not?

@Zhemchuzhnykov Check if you renditions generation is happening for your case. Better to check the error logs to see if there is any failure process step.
