I have custom navigation component. Is there any way to have an overlay beneath the navigation bar consisting of another page on clicking a specific bar.

I have custom navigation component. Is there any way to have an overlay from another page on clicking a specific bar as shown  below

A Nav component should be set in an editable template - are you using an editable template?

Then each page that is build from that template will have that Nav component.  There should be no need to overlay in this situation.
