How to use the ContextHub in Touch UI AEM 6.2

How to use the ContextHub in Touch UI. i had read this documentation. but it is not going to say anything except adding the <head> tag sling including ContextHub component. can i know the steps 

  1. how to add this contexthub
  2. how to test this one
  3. how this is usefull in publish or end user usage of contextHub.

All that is needed to add Context Hub to a page is in fact adding the tag as documented on the referenced [1] page.

Regarding testing, if you want to test if segmentation is working, please check the admin docs [2].
If you want to debug errors you are getting with Context Hub itself, please check diagnostics page [3].

The actual usage of the content hub and what it does is provided from the perspective of the admin [4], who needs to define the segmentation, and the author who needs to manage audiences [5] and view pages against Context Hub data [6].

I am looking for better articles on this. We do not have a HELPX article on this use case - but I will add this use case to the list. 

I will also log a doc bug,

Thanks smacdonald2008, I am also looking for a comprehensive document that tells sample steps to use Context Hub and make use of context-hub to deliver targetted content without using a Adobe Target account and only using Context Hub - is that feasible?
