How to solvle “com.adobe.granite.distribution.core.impl.diff.DiffEventListener could not get node from uuid”

When we used the user synchronization function, we found that the mermbers associated with the user were not synchronized after the change.
We checked the log and found that the modification has been exported from the publish site, and an error was reported when importing from another publish site:

com.adobe.granite.distribution.core.impl.diff.DiffEventListener could not get node from uuid XXXXXXXXXXX

Note: I have checked, the UUID exist in system.

Any thoughts ?

Can you please post your OSGi configuration for Adobe Granite Distribution?

 

Please refer to https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/administering/security/sync.html?lang=en#troubleshooting for troubleshooting. However the cause for the error could be permission of a service user or connectivity to the publisher that might have resulted in sync failure.
