How to setup Local Dispatcher Environment for my development

Dear Team,

I am very new to Dispatcher. 

I want to setup my Local Dispatcher environment. I am using windows 7, AEM 6.0 SP2.

I have below software ready for Local Dispatcher setup. But I do not know how to do it. Somebody can help me on this.

dispatcher-apache2.2-4.1.9-20140822.so

and

httpd-2.2.31-win64
