how to integrate SAP C4C with AEM

Hello Team,

I want to know the possible ways of connecting SAP C4C with AEM directly. Project is built on AEM 6.1

There is form in the site, when I click on submit it should connect with c4c and form values should be added in c4c. Depending on the response It should display successful/failure message to the user.

Any suggestion/solution would be a great help!

Has there been any solution/ideas as to how to do this, I am currently using AEM 6.5 and would also like to have the forms inputted data sent though to a C4C integration and give a result back.
