I am working with Existing code base In that I don`t have Ui.frontend folder. I have ui.apps folder only so, where should i leverage the angular code in my code base? do i need to add any clientlibs related to angular if yes what should i add and tell me dependencies also?

Hi,
I would suggest to use front end module which leverage the WebKit .
But you can also use and deploy this as a traditional clientlibs.
