how to control flex layout in edit mode?

I have a one flex layout.
flex container is a container component.

container component have 5 sub component.

in normal or preview mode

but after classic ui dialog

     cq.placeholder

because of addition div tag layout is getting affected

I am not clearly understanding your problem here.  Please elaborate bit more.
