In order to be listed in the "Translation Service Provide list" in Translation Config please overlay "/libs/cq/translation/components/mt-cloudconfig/dialog" dialog with your custom package.
Whenever a new Cloud configuration is created for Translation and your name is picked, the other fields of dialog should be able to pick the other related configuration.
