How can we send custom email during workflow delegation?

We've a requirement based on which we'd like to send the custom email if workflow has been delegated. How can we achieve it? I couldn't find anything related to it in official documentation that talks about various delegate email functionality.

create your custom workflow process step and use email template for email body and trigger email to the assigned group.
