How can quick actions of DAM touch UI be removed/customized in AEM 6.2

Hi All,

How do I customize the quick actions showing up for DAM assets in touch UI on mouse hover? Also I am able to create a review task on a folder, I want to create a review task for asset as well. Please confirm how to achieve these requirements. Thanks.
