Hi

For 1:- You can add third part free/Paid services to the AEM.

It is as simple as adding JavaScript in the page.

    Link:- https://www.tawk.to/

    Link:- https://www.chatrify.com/pricing/

    Link:- https://www.zoho.com/salesiq/pricing.html

For 2:- Jabber provides SDK, which can understand Jquery and REST framework.

    Link:- https://developer.cisco.com/site/jabber-websdk/overview/overview/

You can integrate REST with AEM like https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/restful-services.html

For 4:- It can be easily implemented by Jquery Plugins.

    Link:- https://designshack.net/articles/javascript/build-an-automated-rss-feed-list-with-jquery/

    Link:- https://www.sitepoint.com/jquery-rss-feed-readers/

For 6:- Check this old forum post:-

    Link:- http://help-forums.adobe.com/content/adobeforums/en/experience-manager-forum/adobe-experience-manage...

    Link:- https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/security/ldap-config.html

For 7:- We have Helpx artocle to show case OTP implementation.

    Link:- https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/twofactor.html

I hope this will help you.

Thanks and Regards

You should split your request into multiple threads for more eyes to respond on their particular expert area.

  • Check in package share there is one implementation especially for authors chat.
  • 2 & 3. Need custom implementation.
  • 4 to 10 available out of the box. Just search it on docs.adobe.com.
