getting groovy error while creating new aem project using maven archtype

Hi All ,

I am using latest aem-project-archetype to create project on mac book terminal.

Maven 3.9.6

Groovy 4.0.27

Hi @AmitSi18,

Please try to use older version - 3.2.1 - of maven-archetype-plugin in command for project creation. This should solve the issue. Here is sample command you could try to run:

mvn -B org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-archetype-plugin:3.2.1:generate \
 -D archetypeGroupId=com.adobe.aem \
 -D archetypeArtifactId=aem-project-archetype \
 -D archetypeVersion=52\
 -D appTitle="My Site" \
 -D appId="mysite" \
 -D groupId="com.mysite"
