1. I added a Generic Analytics Snippet under Tools > Cloud Services Configurations.
2. I added the Generic Analytics Snippet in Page Properties > Cloud Services
3. I published the page, checking All Configurations.
When viewing the source of the page I only get:
<div class="cloudservice generictracker">
</div>
No script inside. What could be the problem?

Hi
I don't have a component as depicted in your screenshot. I followed the documentation found here: http://docs.adobe.com/content/docs/en/cq/5-5/administering/external_providers.html
I also verified that:
<sly data-sly-include="/libs/cq/cloudserviceconfigs/components/servicelibs/servicelibs.jsp" data-sly-unwrap/> is included in the head
<sly data-sly-resource="${@ resourceType='cq/cloudserviceconfigs/components/servicecomponents'}" data-sly-unwrap/> is included at the end of the body.
Still no luck

6.1 actually. Is there a newer/better way of doing it in 6.1, since the documentation is only updated to 5.6.1?
