Form-Bilder from a Bricks-System

Hello, New here.

Is there any option available in order to create adaptive forms through the usage of drag and drop bricks* (providing straight forward visual feedback) ?

*: those brick would let you select the functionality of the fields ( text / radio_button / drop-down-menu, etc. ) in order to setup the form.

Any starting point suggested ?
