for Aem version 6.5

Question

Suppose we have one dialog of component with 3 fields(first name, last name, phone number).i dragged this component in two pages. i want to hide phone number field from 2nd page only.how we can do it? basically what i want to ask is can we control dialog on template level?

As you are planning to hide and show phone number based on template, I feel combination of granite:hide and cqDesign can help you here.
