Dynamic Media API/parameter documentation

I'm trying to find the documentation for the dynmaic media API to understand what all the possibilities are. Eg I know localhost:4503/content/dam/image.jpg?wid=300 will scale the image to that width but I'd like a full list of the parameters. I'm struggling to find a list of them all in one place. Could somebody point me to the correct location?
