Discovery Meetings

One of the topics covered by the architect exam is related to Discovery meetings. Is there any documentation about good practices or questions that could be used in those meetings?

There is no actual discovery document from Adobe as its a general phase of any project. Experience would help and also you can google around the same for some idea
