I am working with our customer to provide information on their Adobe Disaster Recovery Project.

Below please find a list of questions we are looking to have answered.

  • What is the back-up frequency?
  • How is the data backed up?
  • What is the back-up media?
  • Is the application SSO (single sign-on)?
  • What is the RTO?
  • What is the RPO?
  • Do you have any documentation that captures the above information that you can share?

Hi @donsteffes

Hello Kiran,

I have a similar request to that of the original poster in the referenced post from 2018 above. My organization is looking for official documentation or test results from Adobe itself.  After pressing my org's contact at Adobe a bit, we were provided with a doc titled: "Adobe® Experience Manager as a Managed Service Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery", which was precisely what we were looking for. The only problem is that it was from 2021. Any idea if this doc is available online, and/or there is an updated version ?

Thanks,
Nate
