Disable button in templates

In aem 6.5.4 version, the disable button still showing even after the template is disabled. Please find below screen shot.

I see its happening in latest versions as well. I tried in both AEM 6.5.13 and Cloud 2022.6.XXX version.
Please log a ticket in Adobe Support.
