Is there any OOB component for CAPTCHA in CQ5.6?.

Yes, Captcha is part of a OOB components under 'Form' Group

Yes, you do have an OOTB captcha component under component group Form in 5.6, see sceenshot

IN AEM 5.6 - there is an available Forms Captcha component. You can read about it here:
