I want using the functionality and i want override the the component injected in my site page "cq/experience-fragments/editor/components/experiencefragment" with my custom experience fragments component (inherited from core component).

Is it possible?

If not, i evaluate to remove the shortcut functionality by replacing with manual steps:

1) create an experience fragment template variation

2) create the content including a component like the page references (replicating the same data entry)

3) introducing in my site page the custom experience fragment component and apply the reference with point 1

4) delete the component replaced with point 3

...
