Where to Find skilled AEM Developers inside EU?

Hey everyone,

I'm a recruiter in the Czech Republic tasked with sourcing skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) developers and development leads. Despite the appealing nature (in my opinion) of these roles, I’m having a tough time finding qualified candidates inside European region.

Are there any websites, forums, or online communities where AEM developers hang out? Any recommendations for resources or platforms where I can connect with talent in this space would be super helpful! I will gladly reply to any questions.

I believe your question was efficiently (not necessarily properly) placed here, as here is the largest community you will find.

What kind of collaboration are you looking for: B2B or employment contract based ?
What kind of additional/tangential skills do you need ?
What level of experience do you search ?
Would it be fully remote or in-office job ?
What rates do you offer ?

I believe that if you lay down here some answers and details, on this community, you may get some useful replies.

Me personally though (and this is simply my view on the subject), I would avoid using communities like this for too much recruiting. The space here in my opinion is meant more for technical guidance and help, and I would keep it unpolluted as much as possible of topics not falling into this idea.

Thank you for the response. I mostly agree with everything you wrote and the question was placed out of despair as you can say. For reason of not being able to find candidates anywhere else. However I would not use this place for recruitment itself, so that is why I am not gonna share those details about the job offering and I posed the question only in a way of looking for advice in sources.
