Content migration from Wordpress to CQ5.4

Hello, 

I am trying to find out information relevant to a proposed migration of existing website content from WordPress to CQ5.4. Please suggest me the best possible approach to achieve this. Is there any currently existing documentation that would give an overview to the best practice for this?
